In this webinar, more than 35 thousand teachers, academicians, officers and employees participated and shared their innovation and experience. The webinar organized in collaboration with the State Council for Educational Research and Training (SCERT) discussed several options, suggestions ranging from admission to new education sessions.It was decided that innovation in education would be given priority. Now teachers will go to villages and villages, not schools, and teach through various mediums. On Education Day, District Education Officer, Block Education Officer, Group Coordinator and teachers who have done excellent work in innovation will be honored.
Principal Secretary School Education Dr. Alok Shukla asked officers and teachers from the state up to the cluster level that children should be educated according to local convenience. In case of non-opening of school, children should be taught with innovation. The flow of education will not stop in the Corona period, will continue continuously, but the mode of studies can be changed.
Five suggestions were chosen during the discussion in the webinar. In this, community-assisted studies in villages-mohalla, teaching children with loudspeakers, Bluetooth such audio files that can be sent from one mobile to another mobile without internet from the education department website. A new mobile app is being made, which will require the net till it is installed.After that the application will operate smoothly without internet. A call center will be established at the state level and a call to the toll-free number will be answered by asking questions related to the text of any subject. These five options will be implemented at the state level. There will be no force for this. Interested teachers can adopt and teach it to children.
Director Public Education Shri Jitendra Shukla said that the process of admission in schools is to be done from August 1 to August 20. It will be the responsibility of the Block Education Officers to get children from class I to VIII admitted in schools. For admission in class I, the list of children lodged in the Anganwadi center of the village should be obtained. Apart from this, instructions were also given to collect information about newly born children by surveying the village.
After the primary, the principal readers of the primary school will provide the list of students and the necessary documents for admission to the middle school for admission in class 6th. Similarly, for the admission in class 9th and 11th class, necessary documents of children of class 8th pass will also have to be made available for admission. All remaining admissions in the next class are to be given on the basis of the previous class. Instructions have also been given to ensure strict adherence to the guideline of Kovid-19 during admission to schools.
He said that bank accounts and information of newly admitted students should be updated for scholarship. Distribution of cycles to eligible students is also to be done. Similarly, instructions have been given to distribute text books and uniforms at home.
